Instructions to use article templates


  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click the menu icon (⋯) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click Downloads.
  4. Locate the option "Ask me what to do with each download" and toggle it off (if it's on).
  5. Try importing a .bfx file to Bluebeam again. You should see the download appear at the bottom of the Edge window.
  6. Right click the downloaded file and select "Always open files of this type".



Now, when you download a .bfx file in Edge, it should automatically open in Bluebeam.
