Every invoice raised on your account, and every payment recorded against one, is listed in a single place. You don't need to open a project first — this covers the whole account at once.

If you only want the receipt for one payment on one project, see Find your receipt. This page is for seeing everything together.

01 | Steps |
1 | Select My Account at the top right. Your name is shown there. |
2 | Select My Orders. |
3 | The page that opens is headed Account Orders, followed by your account name. |
02 | What the list shows |
Each row is either an invoice or a payment. Invoices carry a reference number and open when you select it. Payment rows don't — a payment is shown against the invoice it was applied to.
03 | Reading the Status column |
There are five values, and which ones you can see depends on whether the row is an invoice or a payment.
On an invoice row:
On a payment row:
A paid invoice and its payment are two rows, not one. The invoice shows PAID and the payment above it shows Payment Applied, both for the same amount. This is the most common source of confusion on this page — nothing has been charged twice.
04 | The page covers the whole account, not just you |
Every invoice raised against your account appears here, whoever raised it. The heading carries your organization's name, and if colleagues at your organization also file applications, their invoices are in this list alongside yours. The Name column tells you who each row belongs to.
If you only want your own, use Search with your name, or sort by the Name column.
A Billing Address block on the same page shows the billing details held for your account and the contact email on file.
Above the table, Columns shows and hides columns and Search filters the rows. Long lists are paged, with the controls below the table.
05 | If something looks missing |
For anything to do with an amount — what it's for, how it was worked out, whether it's right — contact the office handling your application, using the contact details on your portal.
