How to Decline a Project After Review Cycles are Complete

1. Once all review cycles are closed, you will be prompted to Approve or Decline



(this will be located above the Review Cycles dark gray bar)


  1. Declining a Project:
  1. Click on decline.
  2. The system will ask if you want to create a document, select yes and choose Comment Letter. 
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the comment letter and click Confirm, a pdf will be created and attached to the email template. (please verify template has the appropriate information included) 
  4. Send the email.
