1. Once all review cycles are closed, you will be prompted to Approve or Decline
(this will be located above the Review Cycles dark gray bar)
- Declining a Project:
- Click on decline.
- The system will ask if you want to create a document, select yes and choose Comment Letter.
- Scroll to the bottom of the comment letter and click Confirm, a pdf will be created and attached to the email template. (please verify template has the appropriate information included)
- Send the email.
