Modified on Thu, 08 Sep 2022 at 03:43 PM

Thank you for choosing idtPlans for your Bluebeam management needs.

Ordering Licenses

Upon placing your Bluebeam license order, you should receive an email in the next 24-48 hours from with your license information. If you do not see an email within that time frame, please check your SPAM and JUNK folders to ensure delivery was not filtered.

If no email is present, please contact us immediately so we may assist you. Note that emails will only be delivered to the contact email provided by your organization.

When you receive your email from Bluebeam please forward it to Diann Fresa in our Business Office ( ) so that she may log the Serial Number of your licenses to expedite future license orders and maintenance renewals.

Installing and Registering Bluebeam Revu

Once you have received your license information, you may begin the installation and registration process for the appropriate team members using the link in your email from Bluebeam.

If you have downloaded the Bluebeam Standard trial, you can simply skip ahead to the Product Activation step of this process. If you have not downloaded a trial, Bluebeam should provide installation instructions with their license keys. Please follow these steps.

Note: Standard Bluebeam licenses are perpetual licenses, good for one workstation. This means that any user who needs the ability to mark up plans should have a license made available to them (either through an installation on their system, or at a system accessible to them).
