Stop Work:
1. To issue a stop work on a permit, click stop work button at the top of the permits section at the project page.
2. You will be able to place a check box next to whichever permits are affected and edit the Stop Work email that will be sent to the end user.
3. To reinstate a permit, click the Resume Work button at the top of the permits section of the project page.
4. You will be able to place a check box next to whichever permits are affected and edit the Stop Work email that will be sent to the end user.
